About the event
Non wetsuit sessions focusing on mindfulness and gentle swimming in cold water. The session is lifeguarded and safety briefings and information is included. The cost includes 4 consecutive Sunday swims. Locations may change due to sea conditions. No refunds for missed sessions. Any cancelled sessions will be re-sheduled or refunded.
