This 4km swim starts and finishes just below St Mawes Castle, it is an out and back tide assisted swim towards St Just in Roseland on your return to the Castle hot/cold Drinks and cake/snacks will be provided.

About the event
This is a stunning out and back sea/river swim of 4km towards St Just along the Carrick Roads, the swim finishes with a choice of hot/cold drink and snack/cake. There is no fall back day for this swim. The swim is non-refundable & non-transferable, but if we have to cancel for any reason, you will receive a FULL refund.
