Small group, fully coached sea swim sessions, with safety cover. Minimum swim ability of 200m front crawl non stop in a pool, (50m for Intro to OW Programme), no refunds for missed sessions.

About the event
Progressive open water coached sessions. 10 consecutive weeks at the allotted time booked. Each session lasts 45 minutes including briefing. Sessions are challenging but fun. Small group max 12 swimmers. Location can change due to conditions but will be on the Roseland. No refunds for missed sessions. Any cancelled sessions will be either added at the end or refunded pro rata. Wetsuits mandatory unless evidence of swimming without. You may require a short pair of swim fins for some of these sessions. See Terms and Conditions.
