About the event
Progressive open water coached sessions. 4/5 consecutive weeks at the allotted times. Each session lasts 45 minutes including briefing. Sessions are challenging but fun. Short swim fins are required. Small group max 12 swimmers. Location can change due to conditions but will be on the Roseland. No refunds for missed sessions. Any cancelled sessions will be refunded pro rata. Wetsuits mandatory unless evidence of swimming without. You will require a short pair of swim fins for these sessions. See Terms and Conditions.
