1-2-1's - Cornwall - Sept 2022
These sessions are tailored to meet swimmers needs. We discuss safe entry and exit procedures, and explain all about cold water shock, no refund if you book a session and don't attend. A Unique Reference Number is required from ITWS prior to booking to confirm session time and date.

About the event
A bespoke session can focus on increasing swimmers confidence in open water, teach acclimatisation, improve technique and fitness and increase general knowledge of open water swimming. In general sessions last 30 or 60 minutes, longer sessions can be arranged. Location will be confirmed the day before or morning of a swim planned for later that day via text. No refund if you do not attend the session booked. If we have to cancel a session you will receive a full refund. If you wish to swim without a wetsuit this will need to be agreed with ITWS before booking. Please read our Terms and Conditions.

1-2-1 Session - 30 minutes
For a 30 minute session swimmers should expect to be in the water for 25 minutes. Total session time approximately 35 minutes. (1st session would be around 45 minutes, due to an extended safety brief). No refunds if session is missed.
£25.001-2-1 Session - 60 minutes
For a 60 minute session swimmers should expect to be in the water for 55 minutes. Total session time approximately 65 minutes. (1st session would be around 75 minutes, due to an extended safety brief). No refunds if session is missed.
£40.001-2-2 Session - 30 min
For a 30 minute session swimmers should expect to be in the water for 25 minutes. Total session time approximately 35 minutes. (1st session would be around 45 minutes, due to an extended safety brief). No refunds if session is missed.
£30.001-2-2 Session - 60 min
For a 60 minute session swimmers should expect to be in the water for 55 minutes. Total session time approximately 65 minutes. (1st session would be around 75 minutes, due to an extended safety brief). No refunds if session is missed.
